Overview
Ser Garrick Talan commands Aruldusk’s defenses. After hearing the party’s testimony, he accepted the Lord of Blades as a genuine threat and reinforced Thrane’s watch around the Mournland. He also warned them of what Thrane’s reports tell of the Lord of Blades’ practices: after his victories, his warforged raise a tree and impale captives upon it — the “tree of pain,” as his soldiers call it.
