⚔️ What Happened

After the fallout in the catacombs, M.A.7.7 asked Jorlanna d’Cannith to perform the personality cleansing she had proposed. In truth, the procedure was cloning: Cannith created a new warforged body, transferred M.A.7.7’s mind into it, and stripped away the Lord of Blades’ corrupting influence.

As a side effect, the procedure also removed the influence of the Silver Flame. M.A.7.7 emerged as a clean slate, free of both outside powers while retaining all his abilities.

The operation took place in Delafelden’s Creation Cradle, an immense underground industrial complex descending roughly fifteen kilometers beneath the surface. Its buried network of factories surrounded the core where Cannith created warforged bodies.

M.A.7.7’s discarded body did not remain empty for long. The surviving sliver of the Lord of Blades’ power took control of it. Like a magnet, the body drew in scrap and loose metal from throughout the Creation Cradle, incorporating the debris into itself until it became a gargantuan warforged horror: a smaller but still monstrous echo of the Lord of Blades.

The creature attacked the party inside the Creation Cradle.
